The application is meant as a substitute for the note on the road.
Quickly and easily by means of text modules, free text and or image information, the user can record on-the-go tasks to be done.
The object created in BIS-Office (school, kindergarten, green space) is automatically recognized and the task provided with GPS coordinates is transferred directly to the Bauhof software.
All the steps required for further processing are then recorded on the move, so that the data can be transferred directly to task management.
If additional persons are to be informed via e-mail in parallel to the transfer of the task, the procedure also automatically removes this part from you - without further paperwork - a comprehensive information e-mail on your behalf to the desired person.
But also to the management and further processing of the task is thought, the transmitted GPS coordinates allow a clear view of the open points in a GIS system and help the worker on the move faster to find the place where the processing is to take place.
So your tasks are faster in the office than you and nothing can be forgotten.
